Returns
To return merchandise,
authorization is required. To obtain authorization, all returned merchandise must
be in its original packaging and in resalable condition with all manuals. We accept
returned merchandise within seven days of the date you receive the order. Returns
or exchanges between 8 - 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You are
responsible for return shipping costs. Refund is issued after we receive and inspect
the product. Refund time is 2-4 weeks after factory receives product.

SLICKSTIX has always
taken pride in quality craftsmanship and materials in over twenty-five years of
fitting, building, and repairing custom golf clubs.
STICKSTIX is committed
to providing products of high quality and value.
SLICKSTIX warrants
its products to be free from material or workmanship defects during the regular
course of play for a period of two years from the date of purchase. (Hitting off
of mats, killing snakes, throwing clubs, beating trees, etc. is not considered
the regular course of play) This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.
This warranty does
not apply to:
1. Damage or loss
sustained in a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, etc.
2. Damage or loss resulting from any unreasonable use, misuse, or negligence.
Dents in the crown or toe of titanium heads cannot be covered due to the extreme
thinness of materials.
3. Any Shaft breakage 3 inches or more above the hosel is considered abuse.
4. Damage or loss resulting from unauthorized repair or modification.
SLICKSTIX does
not accept used clubs unless covered by the above policies. If you receive your
club(s) and do not like them, (before hitting) let me know so that you can return
the club(s) for credit.
